We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts.

If you arrive after the office is closed, your key, a property map and directions to your condo will be in a marked envelope in the key drop box located to the left of the office front door. The remaining balance on your reservation is due at your earliest convenience the next day.

There is a $50 fee if cancelling outside of 30 days of arrival. If cancelling within 30 days of arrival (does not include arrival day) your entire deposit will be kept on file for future use for 12 calendar months. If your deposit is not used within that time, it will be forfeited.

You are responsible for all nights reserved in your original reservation.

No tobacco or marijuana smoking allowed inside any of the condos. There will be a charge of $300 if any type of smoking has occurred inside the condo.

No pets allowed on the property. There will be a charge of $300 if any pets are found on the property.

While some of our guests request a specific unit number, and we do our very best to keep you in that unit, please realize that we CANNOT guarantee a specific unit number, we can only guarantee a unit type.

While we provide free Wi-Fi at all of our properties, please be aware that due to Estes Park’s extremely mountainous terrain, internet as well as cell phone coverage can be very inconsistent. We cannot guarantee a consistent Wi-Fi connection in the mountains, and will not issue room refunds due to internet problems.

We have very few units that contain private washers and dryers. While we love to accomodate special requests, we cannot guarantee you will get a unit with a washer and dryer. There is a public laundromat less than a 5 minute drive from our facility in the parking lot above the Safeway grocery store.

There is no air conditioning available in any of the condos. Air conditioning is not common in Estes Park and not needed at this high altitude. Fans are available in all condos.

Complimentary tidy services are completed daily, which includes replacing towels (if on the floor), picking up trash, and vacuuming if needed. Please note that we do not change sheets during your stay unless you are here for more than one week.

Estes Park Condos is not responsible for accidents or injury to guest(s) or for the loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Please note that there are no safes available anywhere on the property. Guests are responsible for all damages to Estes Park Condos property (inside & outside). The credit card on file will be charged for any damages found after departure.
